For Sebastian

The grass is damp with dew and smells heavily of sheep. Damp sheep. In the distance, even, Sebastian could hear the baaing of sheep. However, perhaps, what's more important is the sound of two voices standing over him.
"Is he dead?" one of them asks. It's a girl's voice. High pitched, very clearly young and very clearly Irish.
"I don't think so," the other one says. Similar accent to the girl's but that of a boy's. Also young.
"Do you think if I stab him, he'll be dead?"
"Mum wouldn't like it if you killed someone unconscious. It's bad hospitality," the boy says seriously. "He hasn't attacked us or anything. He's just lying there."
Something nudges Sebastian. It's a stick. He's being poked.
"Oh." The girl is clearly disappointed. "But if he wakes up and attacks us then I can attack him back, right?"
There's a moment of silence as the boy considers the question. "Yeah. That's allowed."
Sebastian gets poked again. "Come on! Don't be dead! I want to kill you!"
