He's a little bemused at Alec's reaction. Simon had figured that it was a neutral enough label, and nothing demeaning or embarrassing. He hadn't expected laughter. Perhaps Phoenix's policy of 'sometimes it's best not to ask' applies here.

It's open to interpretation, but at least with the UnGod's adopted neonate being so fond of the place - and more in charge than he's gotten around to telling - Keldra stands a pretty good chance.
